Payment Information

We accept payment via Interac e-Transfer, using either Interac’s automated payment request system or Interac e-Transfer Send.

What is Interac’s Automated Payment Request?

Interac’s automated payment request system is a secure way to send and receive money directly between bank accounts. It allows you to complete your payment quickly and accurately, without manually sending an e-transfer, ensuring funds are deposited safely and automatically.

How Automated Payment Requests Work:

Step 1: Place your order on our website.

Step 2: You’ll be directed to a secure Interac payment page.

Step 3: Select your banking institution.

Step 4: Confirm the payment. The correct amount is sent directly to us automatically.

What is Interac e-Transfer Send?

Interac e-Transfer – Send Money is a fast and secure way to send funds electronically from your bank account to someone else in Canada using online or mobile banking. Instead of needing cash or cheques, you can send money using just the recipient’s email address or mobile number.

How Interac e-Transfer Send Works:

Step 1: Place your order on our website.

Step 2: After checkout, a pop-up window will appear with detailed instructions. Please review them carefully and use the information exactly as provided when completing your e-transfer.

You will be given a Payee Name, Payee Email, Security Question, and Answer. It’s important that your e-transfer matches these details exactly to avoid any delays or processing issues with your order.

Step 3: Log in to your online banking and navigate to the Interac e-Transfer section.

Step 4: Add the provided email address and enter all required details from the pop-up window. In the memo/message section, include only your order number—do not add anything else.

Step 5: Submit the e-transfer. Once we receive your payment, your order status will be updated to “Processing.”
